Description
The Trend Scanner Dashboard is an indicator designed to be used with the MT4 trading platform. The dashboard indicator will assist users in quickly and effectively evaluating the current environment for a chosen instrument. As a visual instrument, the trader will be able to evaluate the short term and medium term trend weakness or strength of a specific instrument at a glance. A trader can consolidate their setup time by adding one simple indicator, instead of multiple ones to a chart and in various time frames.
The dashboard displays the trend in a 5 minute, 30 minute, one hour, and four hour time frames on a chart. With a glance at the indicator any trader can immediately asses if the market trend is an uptrend, downtrend or trading sideways. With the use of various technical indicators the program can make this determination scan of the indicator, you can see if the trend is up, down, or sideways. Four commonly used technical indicators are used individually in order to determine the trend. So, the indication of a trend is defined by four diverse ways for each of the four separate time frames.
Each component of this indicator has the option of having its settings customized.
